  4. It is ironic how legal it once was compared to the differences of today. Not many people know, but Christopher Columbus brought the plant to the new world from Spain. He brought it in seed form. This is known by historians, but not common folk.Change is coming state by state until they will all follow the policy that actually works instead of the failure of policy that we currently have. Finances can be made, jobs created in a time of a poor economy (Just look at Detroit's economy they can't afford to bury their dead and a building collapsed in Detroit last week. If that is not a poor economy I don' know what is.) New industries will be created with new policy reforms.
